OBJECT AND SCOPE
This standard defines the requirements to be

OBJECT
The purpose of this standard is to establish the
Hydro-Quebec minimum technical requirements

Network Producer/Client-Producer
of Hydro-Quebec Distribution (HQD).

Validate numerical models and parameters

1.1 Purpose

In particular it specifies standards on coding, formatting and synchronizing data frames of variable and filed lengths which meet specified data integrity requirements.
