he considers desirable to regulate and control the use of buildings, to
regulate and control the use of materials, equipment and appliances in the
construction of buildings, and set standards of construction in the
erection of buildings within the Province of Prince Edward Island and
without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing may make
regulations: (c) declare a specified edition or printing of the National Building

A method for properly sizing the PV array and battery for stand-alone PV systems where PV is the only charging source is recommended (in conjunction with IEEE Std 1013TM). Load calculations and determination of solar radiation in the sizing of the system need special attention. Additionally, the critical nature of the load in deciding an acceptable annual availability needs to be considered
IEC 60086-4:2014
IEC 60086-4:2014 specifies tests and requirements for primary lithium batteries to ensure their safe operation under intended use and reasonably foreseeable misuse. This fourth edition cancels and replaces the third edition published in 2007. This edition constitutes a technical revision. This edition includes the following significant technical changes with respect to the previous edition:
- Harmonisation with the second edition of IEC 62281;
- Alternative protective circuits in 7.1.1;

Addresses the inspection of pressure vessels. It includes a description of the various types of pressure vessels and the standards that can be used for their construction and maintenance.

Addresses the inspection of atmospheric storage tanks that have been designed to operate at pressures from atmospheric through 0.5 psig and inspection of low-pressure storage tanks that have been designed to operate at pressure above 0.5 psig but less than 15 psig.
